1. Overview
PVS — Procurement & Vendor System currently operates in an early-access phase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to any paid subscriptions or services. We aim to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.
2. Free Tier
The PVS Starter plan is free of charge. No payment is required, and no refunds are applicable. You may cancel or deactivate your free account at any time without any financial obligation.
3. Paid Subscriptions (Coming Soon)
Paid subscription plans (Professional and Enterprise) are not yet available for purchase. When launched, the following refund terms will apply: • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund with no questions asked. • Monthly plans: Non-refundable after the 14-day window. Access continues for the remainder of the billing period. • Annual plans: Refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of the initial payment. After 30 days, access continues until the end of the annual period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@pvs.app with: • The email address associated with your account • Your order or subscription reference number • The reason for your request We will process all valid refund requests within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations: • Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service. • Requests made outside the applicable refund window. • Charges incurred via third-party integrations not managed by PVS. • Partial-month charges where a plan was downgraded mid-cycle.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access to paid features until the cycle ends. No cancellation fees are charged.
7. Changes to Pricing or Plans
PVS reserves the right to change subscription pricing or plan features. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
